2. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.
3. After Work Begins
Once any of the following activities have started, no refund will be provided:

4. Campaign Performance
While we use industry best practices to improve campaign performance, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, or revenue. Results depend on factors such as your product, pricing, customer response, competition, and market conditions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved content, customer data (where applicable), and timely approvals. Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines and are not eligible for refunds.
6. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical or payment error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel future recurring services by notifying us in writing before the next billing cycle. Payments already made for the current service period are non-refundable.
